Carrying out allocated tasks in financial services consulting engagements, including strategy, operations and IT engagements- Proposal preparation- Performing business and operations analysis- Conducting industry research- Deliverable development, report and presentation writing- Be able to perform project administration/management tasks including developing detailed work plans, manage status, etc.- Prioritize and oversee activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards- Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of issues/problems- Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables- Directly supervise or coordinate the work of others in a small sized team- Coach junior team members and provide advice on procedures/work methods to individuals who may be at the same level- At least 3 to 4 years'relevant experience in consulting / corporate finance / audit in relevant industry sectors (for senior consultant)- At least 1 to 2 years'relevant experience in consulting / corporate finance / audit in relevant industry sectors (for consultant)- Degree holder- Able to demonstrate a good understanding of the financial services industry business especially in business strategy, Basel II, credit risk management, market risk / treasury management, asset liability management, management accounting, consumer banking business management and securities trading/settlement- Good understanding of banking operations, IT system and data requirements is preferred- Accounting major/accounting working experience and recognized financial / accounting qualification is a plus- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is mandatory- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing- Very good analytical & problem solving skills- A team player who is mature, committed, self-motivated, able to work independently, with strong interpersonal and coordination skills
